Yes, I have started doing that this past week, staying around 1700. And working out 3-4 times a week.

I actually don't have any foods I dislike. I love absolutely love vegetables, fruits everything like that. I've been eating extremely clean the past two weeks now, but it's getting boring, I thought I'd ask people what diets worked for them

It's not the calories that are speeding up the metabolism it's the chemical reaction within all the foods that is supposed to do it. i.e grapefruit,
