I got a FitBit One for my birthday. I like that it can clip on but I usuallu keep it in the tiny pocket of my pants. The sleep function doesn't work too well for me. However, I do love that you can challenge your friends and it gets me to move more.

Depends on the month, but 5-7 is my usual. Super annoying, but I just have to keep in mind that it isn't forever.

I love sugar snap peas dipped in interesting mustards. My current favorite mustard is one made with beer.

Yeah, I always joke that I can't run more than 5ft. I am excited for the day that I can run all the way down my street without having to take walking breaks. I'm looking forward to that day. It is super humid and gross here. I can workup a good sweat standing still. I have been getting up earlier than I normally do to try and beat some of the heat.

One way I get steps in is to have mini dance parties when commercials come on the TV. I have my phone with a music player on pause on the couch with me and get up and hit play when the commercials come on.
