Supermakets where I live usually have a clearance section for over-ripened fruit and vegetables. If the selection seems decent, I tend to buy from there and freeze the food so that it won't ripen further  They sometimes do that for boxed goods too, and it's nice to buy if you're going to use it soon

Make your own bars ! It's so easy and fun :)

Nothing translated to 'Crispy' or 'Fried' should be okay

i've almost stopped enjoying the process of 'eating' after thinking after breaking food down into components and counting calories Really though, I sometimes wish I could go back to being a kid who ran around without thinking of it as an excessive chore and eat when I'm hungry until I'm full
-
same. Can't do anything about it
-
I'm just here to look at the wonderful food porn
-
Reminds of of those eating competition things... were you able to keep the food down?
-
I understand exactly what you're saying, I feel the same way as well. I noticed more and more people doing so, but I think I found the reason. It used to be really difficult for me to admit having binged on food, but currently , I try to add a little bit of humor just so that it is easier for me to address the issue.…

Thats awsome LOL
-
Exactly what I look for too :D
-
ouch :( Low carb dieting is really difficult when you have carbs laying around the house. When the cravings hit, it's unbelievable how much the human stomach can hold!
-
It's worse than a hangover, I'll give you that

They all sound really good  (not at once though) about the 8/10 (fractions always bother me a little) , is it 80% of a pizza, or 8-10 slices ._.

It's really difficult to log once the numbers become too high, its like 'screw it, there's no point' Logging really does help though :)
-
(I have to applaud you for that enormous amount of food first!) And yeah, the experience can be a really effective reminder in the future ;D
-
;) glad to hear you'll get back on track !

-
LOL I would feel the same way

Man, that sounds tough  I get the same reaction, where my body is just exhausted after consuming too much in one day. Portion control is really important but it can be extremely difficult sometimes too
-
That's sick! Students need food the most, after all. And I love your attitude regarding 10k+ days, it really is about not beating yourself up over a splurge
-
just random things around the house?
-
Hopefully, but the sugar is gonna make me crash and burn (not the good kind of burn  ) Just googled what a Jimmy Johns Vito sub is, looks pretty damn good
-
Buffets, definitely worth. And yes, that's it  Those are pretty much my reasons in a nutshell. I've been avoiding everything since it's a rather heavy topic , But I can admit it using a fun post like this
-
Yes, Vegas Buffets! Worth it.
