Biggest Binge

I just scarfed down more than 4 pounds of grapes and a bag of biscotti cookies earlier... Yep, it's one of those days. (this isn't my worst binge, actually)
So I'm curious...
What was your biggest binge?

Caesars casino buffet. Worth it.
I've done Caesars buffet also. I had to unbutton my skinny jeans while eating because they became really tight ! Lol
#noregrets lol !
Op- all joking aside , you need to look into why you are binging. Are you restricting too much? Is that causing the binge ? Are you emotional eating ? ( I don't expect you to answer these. Just giving ideas ) figure out what is causing you to binge and start there ! Work on the underlying issues0 -
I think it was around 4k calories.0

Buffets, definitely worth.
And yes, that's it Those are pretty much my reasons in a nutshell.
I've been avoiding everything since it's a rather heavy topic , But I can admit it using a fun post like this

My worst binge was last week. I learned the hard way not to do it like a night full of drinking. I snacked with my kids on cookies, brownies (the healthier ones) and chips. I then proceed to have a "normal" meal like I used to eat. I had a couple delicious homemade burritos and chips and salsa. What I once was able to eat is no longer possible. At one point I could have had days like that and I would feel normal. This time, however, I felt horrible. My stomach was in physical pain and I could hardly move. I was nauseated and ended up very slowly throwing it up for 30-45 minutes. Why my body made it be so slow I have no clue. I had horrible sleep that night with a dream where I woke up with all my weight back. The next morning I felt like I was actually hung over. I have never in my life felt that bad from just eating. I have learned my lesson and realized I like my controlled portions just fine.0

Hell yeah.
I remember as a student. '#1 Chinese Buffet' did a student all you can eat lunchtime buffet for £4.99. They even had the whippy ice cream machine turned on. God knows how many calories were consumed during those heady days.
When I've gone berserk whilst using MFP I've not tracked, but I bet I've had numerous 10k+ days. No drama though, it all evens itself out over time.0 -

That's sick! Students need food the most, after all.
And I love your attitude regarding 10k+ days, it really is about not beating yourself up over a splurge0 -

Man, that sounds tough
I get the same reaction, where my body is just exhausted after consuming too much in one day.
Portion control is really important but it can be extremely difficult sometimes too1 -
A whole Digiorno frozen pizza, a pint of B&J Tonight Dough ice cream, a box of Tagalongs, and a box of Sour Patch Kids.
I regret nothing. But I will also never do that again.6 -
I got the buffet foods pretty much ok but I couldn't resist that muffuletta bread at the farmers market last weekend because it looked so darn good0

Any and all mexican cheesy goodness.0

A week in Vegas... 10 pounds gained in the week than after two weeks of eating at a deficit I'm still +6 from where I was before Vegas so it wasn't just water weight... But damn was it worth it lol1

I've ate a whole jar of White Chocolate Wondeful from PB& Co. Peanut butter company while watching a movie and a movie box of Goobers.
Was literally laying on the floor by my bathroom in pain, almost crying, a few hours later.0 -

Last night I ate 4 smores, half a bag of roasted marshmellows, then later ate hAlf a party size bag ofor crunchy cheetos. I felt really sick afterwards and realized that I can't eat like I used to. Hopefully yesterday will be a reminder to keep me from binge eating again.0

Two litres of Ice Cream, 4 pieces of fried chicken and gravy, french fries, cola, half a dozen chocolate cookies and some candy before suffering the worst gall attack of my life. It keeps me motivated to not try this again under penalty of severe torturous abdominal pain.0

6k calories is the most I've ever logged, but I've easily been way over that before. Many times.0

Last Friday, probably my worst for a while. After 6-7 beers I devoured 8/10 slices of a Large Dominos Meteor Pizza with cheese stuffed crust AND an entire starter of cheese-stuffed dough balls, followed up with a few rum and gingers (at least the ginger was low-cal...). Total intake for the day ~7000 calories0

Last night - in addition to my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and normal snack, I downed a whole big bag of pop chips, pure growth chips, a donut, and a piece of ho-ho cake. My stomach isn't happy this morning!!0

When I was low carb dieting I had a really upsetting event happen and I decided to binge. Truly decided to, it was awful. I bought a slice of pizza from pizza schmizza, with a side of cheese bread, a whole tub of frozen yogurt from the place next door, and pretty sure I grabbed a few candy bars as well. Took me all day to eat it and when I added it up it was well over 5000 calories. Then on top of that I split a bottle of fireball with my roommate and threw up for hours. That was the worst one ever.1
