Biggest Binge

Options
I just scarfed down more than 4 pounds of grapes and a bag of biscotti cookies earlier... Yep, it's one of those days. (this isn't my worst binge, actually)

So I'm curious...

What was your biggest binge?

I've done Caesars buffet also. I had to unbutton my skinny jeans while eating because they became really tight ! Lol
    #noregrets lol !

Op- all joking aside , you need to look into why you are binging. Are you restricting too much? Is that causing the binge ? Are you emotional eating ? ( I don't expect you to answer these. Just giving ideas ) figure out what is causing you to binge and start there ! Work on the underlying issues

    Buffets, definitely worth.

And yes, that's it  Those are pretty much my reasons in a nutshell.
I've been avoiding everything since it's a rather heavy topic , But I can admit it using a fun post like this

4 pounds of grapes? Oh no are you going to pay in the morning. For me a Jimmy Johns Vito sub. And then a second one.

Hopefully, but the sugar is gonna make me crash and burn (not the good kind of burn  )

Just googled what a Jimmy Johns Vito sub is, looks pretty damn good

My worst binge was last week. I learned the hard way not to do it like a night full of drinking. I snacked with my kids on cookies, brownies (the healthier ones) and chips. I then proceed to have a "normal" meal like I used to eat. I had a couple delicious homemade burritos and chips and salsa. What I once was able to eat is no longer possible. At one point I could have had days like that and I would feel normal. This time, however, I felt horrible. My stomach was in physical pain and I could hardly move. I was nauseated and ended up very slowly throwing it up for 30-45 minutes. Why my body made it be so slow I have no clue. I had horrible sleep that night with a dream where I woke up with all my weight back. The next morning I felt like I was actually hung over. I have never in my life felt that bad from just eating. I have learned my lesson and realized I like my controlled portions just fine.

    Hell yeah.

I remember as a student. '#1 Chinese Buffet' did a student all you can eat lunchtime buffet for £4.99. They even had the whippy ice cream machine turned on. God knows how many calories were consumed during those heady days.

When I've gone berserk whilst using MFP I've not tracked, but I bet I've had numerous 10k+ days. No drama though, it all evens itself out over time.

That's sick! Students need food the most, after all.
And I love your attitude regarding 10k+ days, it really is about not beating yourself up over a splurge

    Man, that sounds tough
I get the same reaction, where my body is just exhausted after consuming too much in one day.
Portion control is really important but it can be extremely difficult sometimes too

I've ate a whole jar of White Chocolate Wondeful from PB& Co. Peanut butter company while watching a movie and a movie box of Goobers.

Was literally laying on the floor by my bathroom in pain, almost crying, a few hours later.

A whole Digiorno frozen pizza, a pint of B&J Tonight Dough ice cream, a box of Tagalongs, and a box of Sour Patch Kids.

I regret nothing. But I will also never do that again.

LOL I would feel the same way
