I actually just got a new pair of running shoes Happytrails! Haven't started breaking them in yet lol. It seemed harder running outside especially going against the wind but my time was still the same 10.5 min. Per mile and it was a lot less boring! Trying to get ready for a 5k in June. Hoping to get faster :)

I can't believe I did so good this weekend staying away from temptation & even getting my workout in on sat & sun. I even stayed away from the choc cake wooo hoooo! Tomoro it's 4 mile run day. Hoping to do it outside this time

Today was a bit of a rest day for me but I managed 2 miles walking for 40 min. Tomorrow is my 4 mile run! Hope everyone is staying positive!

Well I only did a 20 min workout today bc I was busy w/ my 17 yr old daughter at our performing arts theater. She has a drawing entered in the visual arts part of the program there tonight!

Hey everybody! I got a new workout outfit ❤️ Now I just need new running shoes! Did my turbo sculpt & ab jam then walked 20 minutes. Calories at 1050 for the day. Please no grief on the calories that how my body rolls lol!

Hi everyone! Weekends are always bad for me because we usually go out to eat, but I didn't do too bad this weekend! Didn't get any exercise in though.
