Bump iv just restarted my weight loss journey and hope to contribute to this post soon.

I noticed I've got a finger gap lol didn't even know these things existed. Looks like my fingers have lost weight aswell.

Some good advice already. I would suggest not going under your calorie goal.

One particular work colleague was more then happy to discus my post pregnancy weight gain. Since iv lost over 20lb she hasn't even commented! Generally I like if people notice my weight loss as I can't always see it when I look in the mirror.

The "what's your most recent nsv" thread is great for motivation. My latest nsv is fitting into a dress I had made before I got married over 6 years ago :)

Great nsvs. I am hoping to achieve number 5 by the end of the year. Thanks for the motivation.

My bangels fit again! This time last year I had to smother my hand in vaseline to get them on and today (22 lb down) they fit comfortably. Totally unexpected.

My knee high boots that haven't fit for 2 years now zip up. Was so excited to finally be able to wear them

I'm browsing this forum as an alternative to giving into my emotions and over eating.

Last year's jacket buttons up again :smile: Work skirt was slipping down forcing me to tug it up all day :blush: I can get out of the bed from the end. I don't have to roll out anymore. I'm a huge popcorn addict however last night left half my oversized portion uneaten.

Never again :( over eaten about 1000+ ccalories (takeout) today and now feeling rubbish. In the future I will control my self better.

Make the lifestyle change for yourself not her.

Huge fan once u get used to the routine u can mute the voice and listen to something else.

After publicly humiliating me about my weight in front of a room full of people someone went on to try and sell me alo vera gel insisting it will cure me
