I want this to be a sticky or to be bumped to the top by everyone sharing their mini-successes throughout the week.

Share your little victories, when you beat temptation when you'd normally fail!

Mine:

1) Shopping in supermarket: Went through all my danger-aisles (treats and fatty products) without picking up a thing.

2) At grampas (the treat-giver and diet destroyer) yesterday, only went about 400cals over MAINTENANCE level and made up for it today, so no gain!

3) Cooking today: Wanted two nests of egg noodles, only had one.

Now share your victories over yourselves (and others!) and keep this thread going!

Sometimes I'll walk thru the danger aisles too to test my willpower. Yesterday I thought I could handle buying some mini ice cream cartons and went and picked up a couple but decided I didn't need them and put them back.

Today I was doing my cardio and I ran 25 mins without stopping, a new high for this year!

I don't think I've the strength to test myself yet... I just managed to do it by accident. Still, awesome!

The "what's your most recent nsv" thread is great for motivation.

My latest nsv is fitting into a dress I had made before I got married over 6 years ago :)

Today I took a co-worker to get lunch from Wendy's (her car was in the shop). I only got an unsweetend iced tea and ate the lunch I brought (and pre-logged) instead of buying a fast food lunch.

My coworkers had pie and ice cream in my classroom. I avoided temptations by rearranging my student desks. Lol! Score.
