I'm not doing very well. I gained 2 lbs last week and yesterday binged somewhere around 3900 calories. I don't feel like anything emotionally wrong. I just got tired of feeling hungry. Great blog ideas to over coming a plateau, read it. Sometimes eating up to maintenance will shake things up as well, then a few days later do a fast. Makes the body wonder and drops weight.

I'm sore from yesterday's 10 min arm workout. Lol Fitspiration; I like watching weight loss videos on utube. They are inspiring. I've thought of doing my own but I'm a mostly private person so not sure yet.

Nek I agree just being able to keep going longer and feeling stronger makes this all worth it. Liz. I've noticed just a small weight loss and my joints feel better too. I keep thinking I wonder what it's going to feel like after I lose a whole other person.

My challenge is to exercise 3 days this week even if it's only 10 min per session. Also fast and have one day where I only have one meal. It's great to give our digestion a rest.
