I lost 6lbs my first week :) yay!

I always hear of others targeting specific areas and it seems to work for them, but maybe that's not true. Ahh soo disappointing :( I just want to be able to wear jeans comfortably again.

Yes I'm very visual.. It almost becomes a game to me when I can see it. I'm glad to know you've had no issues with it. Thankyou! :)

Aww I'd be soo bummed if I got a fitbit and couldn't wear it all the time! That's definitely something for me to keep in mind.

Whoa 45-50 miles a week! Get it! Lol I can wait to be able to run too. Ill have to check out that app, thanks for the tip. Cross your fingers for me, I soo want to be a runner soon...it seems soo freeing!

I like the concept, to keep you accountable :)
-
I like that it can clip to your shoes for biking! :)

Getting extra money for getting healthy and fit, that's a good incentive! I wish my employers offered that.

What's endomondo?

Thank you everyone! :) I definitely think an HRM with a cheat strap might be the right fit for me now. I'm primarily interested in calories burned during workouts only.

I have a condition called PCOS and was told that I could never have children because of it, I lost 40lbs and got pregnant. Unfortunately I lost the baby later, but the weight loss regulated my hormones to make it possible. Sometimes beig overweight can affect your hormone levels. Good luck!! :)

Everyone can add me too! :) I need more friends on here to keep my motivated
-
Ohh is there a specific diet plan you have to follow?
-
Good to know, I don't have a lot of equipment yet. Thankyouu :)
-
Thank you! :) That's what I was thinking that a chest strap is more accurate, but I kept seeing all this trackers without them. I'm leaning towards a polar with chest strap.
-
So the fitbit is more for steps and sleep right?
-
Why do you use the polar at the gym? Is that because on the charge you can't set it for a specific time when your working out?

I'm from Michigan :) Feel free to add me!
