I have been using a foam roller on my legs (outer hips) and I actually think it helps. If you read about the connective tissue (fascia) that cause the cellulite appearance it kinda makes sense.

I feel like you entered your info wrong? Did you accidentally enter 140 instead of 240 lbs as yr. starting weight? 1260 calories is around what I'm eating at 129 lbs. to lose my last few lbs.! I feel like your daily goal would be more like 1650 or more -- see what Omma said above!
