  • MFP had me at 1740. But I had my activity down a sedentary. I have now changed that due to the workouts I am doing. MFP now has me at 2,360. I do use the polar heart rate monitor with the strap. Each workout i burn anywhere from 300-600 calories. Robert
  • I have a polar ft40 with chest strap. Logs everything for me, keeps track of calories for the day, week, all-time. Keeps track of total time for days and weeks and its easy to use.
