I agree - this is a great challenge! :) I walked during my lunch as well as my breaks, and when I got home from work I was pretty beat but decided to go on a long walk with my dog, because she deserved to enjoy the nice weather too! :)

Today was also my rest day, but I did a lot of household cleaning and walked my and my sister's dog (babysitting this weekend) a few times around the neighborhood. :)

My sister and I found out about the Star Wars Half and are going to do next year's! I'm so excited - we both recently watched the whole series and my life has changed (for the better)! :) It'll be my second half and second time ever at Disneyland!

A good way to reduce bingeing is to slowly change the foods you eat instead of all at once! Good for you for making the change! Just remember that it's okay to have off-days, no one is perfect but that doesn't mean that you aren't making progress! Water in replace is a good idea, they always say that it's hard to recognize thirst over hunger. Good luck, you got it! :)

Tonight I had whole wheat spaghetti noodles with Aidells chicken and apple sausage, asparagus, spinach, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese! I usually don't use sauces unless I make them, and the parm along with a tiny bit of olive oil is great!

Got a 3-mile run in this morning, and was able to run all of my errands this morning. Relaxing for the rest of the day! :)

My dog and I will go out and walk around Capitol Lake Saturday morning (usually about an hour or so for 3.0 miles), and if it's nice Memorial Day, we'll find a new park we haven't been to yet! One of my favorite, simple things to make when I meal prep is lean ground turkey breast with red, green, and yellow bell peppers along with spinach and jalapeños for some kick. I usually add spices such as peppercorn medley, cayenne and a little bit of Mrs. Dash's garlic and herb. :) yummmm!
