Almost 2 years out RNY. I've had my ups and downs good days and bad. My journey is not over yet I've got much more life to live. I always welcome new WLS friends.

Easily, I do it daily and its a 150g+ high protein based diet.

Did anyone think that maybe the person who posted has had WLS? I ate that around week 5 post op. So if that's the case here she is ok. Educate yourself before criticising or at least ask a question or 4.

You're right you're not. I need to lose at least 133lbs. I had RNY almost 2 years ago and have fallen off the wagon HARD. So I've decided to jump back on the losers bench. I'm on day #6 and have lost 6 lbs. If you would like to add me plz do so. Om new to this as of today and still figuring this app out.

I know what you mean. I'm looking to lose100+ and feeling alone in this journey sucks.

I will be 2 years out in march and have put on a few lbs myself. I'm on day #6 of being back on the "losers" bench and 6lbs down. Always looking others who understand the WLS lifestyle and the pot holes we sometimes hit.
