You're 19, and you eat like that? I see a future eating disorder incoming, if not already developed.
my breakfeast:
Coffee + 4 Splendas with 1tbsp creamer (34 calories)
6 servings egg whites (150) + 2 whole eggs (140)
MyOatmeal 2 servings (300 calories)
Ate just now: Quest S'Mores Bar (180).
Eat girl, eat. Starving yourself won't do anything but harm.

I agree with your bolded statement. I'm also 19, but my breakfasts are typically in the 250-400 Calorie range (My calorie target is currently between 1570-1820 -between a .5 pound per week loss and maintenance). Having a breakfast that tiny without a ton of fat or protein (I see it all as carbs, carbs, and more carbs) will end up causing me to be incredibly hungry within an hour.
I began eating my breakfast at around 8:50 (I'm still nibbling on the grapes -thank god for wave boluses), and I've so far logged:
-150g plain nonfat greek yogurt (85 calories) mixed in with 32g creamy peanut butter (190 calories) with 3 packets Splenda (makes the yogurt super thick and indulgent)
-151g red seedless grapes (105 calories)
-3 16oz cups of black coffee (Yes, I love coffee)
-42 oz water
For a grand total of about 390 calories, 40g of net carbs, 16g of fat, and 25g of protein. This meal typically keeps me full until my 2-3PM lunch.
Seriously, you need to eat. I understand that you might not be hungry during breakfast, but consuming less than 100 Calories for breakfast (Are all your meals similar to this? Are you eating 3 meals, 6+ meals, etc?) without increasing your calories for lunch/dinner and snacks (you need at least 1200 calories) will not be a sustainable option for weight loss.0 -
Did anyone think that maybe the person who posted has had WLS? I ate that around week 5 post op. So if that's the case here she is ok. Educate yourself before criticising or at least ask a question or 4.0

Maybe OP doesn't know how the website works
OP the food goes into your diary, click Food at the top of the site then click Add Entry and search for thin bagel and grapes.
Good luck!!!0
