I use same setup: steps I use my watch, exercise health/watch, food=Mfp. Have it flow both ways. Eat around 2000 regardless

Find what works for you. Find the exercise burn rate that works for you. I found 3 calories per minute works great for myself. It is less than the machines provide, but it is my formula. A show is on tv for entertainment. It is not a documentary, if you focus on what is wrong with the show the list is long. However, seeing different trainers with weight gain, and loss helps reinforce possibilities.

Daily and use an app called "monitor your weight". Also log into mfp. Fluctuations are very normal as everyone said before. I lose then bounce higher and then drop during the week.
