I have little bags of boiled chicken ( 3oz ) and have what vegies i like cut up so my meal takes me only minutes to make. My husband likes his food fried in lard and lard in his beans. I dont use any oil in my food So I just make most things different and it works.

I shred my chicken and cook with tomatoes, jalapenos, and bell peppers and put that on a ole high fiber low carb wrap and a slice of fat free cheese and make a quesadilla. Very low calorie and good. Then i put it in a pan and brown it so the cheese melts

Have you changed your calorie goal since you lost weight you may not need as many calories and do you use a food scale to weigh all of your solid food and cups and spoons for liquid. You maybe eating more then you think. Do you eat back exercise calories burnt if you do you maybe over estimating

Start out walking cant hurt yourself and gradually increase your excercise. You can try excercise bikes that have the seats with a back on it thats what i do because i suffer from back pain

You can lose 30 or more at your weight i started out at 287lbs in August 2015 and now weigh 207 thats 80lbs. Just take it one day at a time and one pound at a time and dont give up you wont always lose and other weeks lose more it all works out

Fiber one has some that are chocolate and peanut butter and taste good with ony 90 calories and you get 5g fiber

I wonder why when i was at 145lbs and 5'7" i was wearing a 14 why can everyone else big hips or not wear smaller sizes

You have to really want it nobody can motivate you but you. We can help but it still comes to what you want. Have you put in your info on mfp to see how many calories you need to eat? Weigh all food on a scale. Try and be active if its just walking.

Raise your fat and carbs and lower your protien then only eat what you want of the carbs and fat. My dietitian said women only need 40g of fat but MFP and others on here think you need more and fiber should be around 30g not 21g that MFP gives me. I never eat all my carbs and dont care. Get around 60g protein and 30g fiber…

For protein thats just a minimum so dont worry about going over it. I think its better that you get more protein and fiber then what it says. The rest i dont worry about

I eat chicken for dinner every night and my dietician told me to eat more sweet potatoes and i dont cook with oil can spray i do, but is there a easy combination of 3oz boiled chicken and 100g sweet potatoes.
