Have really not started so don’t know if I will like it but do know I don’t eat a lot of fat like from meat or oil mostly eat chicken this is why I’m asking

People are telling me to and that’s all I’m hearing on the web. Having trouble losing weight this time. But no medical reasons

Because I have knee problems had 1 knee replaced and will need the other one done but the Veterans hospital won’t allow it at my current weight and I informed my PC and she is starting the process but must go to through the Moves program ( weight loss program) then she can put in a referral but that takes 6 months

Weight loss surgery in my opinion can be good but it’s only a tool anyway you look at it you must eat less and move more and if you have any kind of eating problems you will just gain the weight back. Find what works best for you and maybe see a dietitian

Why not just cook food for you separate from there food that’s what I do my husband eats what he likes and I eat what I want.That way you only have what you need for that meal no exra

No just trying to get my leg stronger lost a lot of muscle

I would but Im still recovering from surgery on my quad muscle which tore for the second time I’ve lost a lot of muscle in my thigh and treading water is gentle and I enjoy being in the water

Exercise had my quad muscle repair avian in July and am trying to strengthen it so it won’t tear again

Yes it’s the easiest thing I can do without causing more pain and keeping me from tearing my quad muscle again just had it fixed for the second time in July

Thanks everyone I met a lady and shes trying to get me to buy them from her I tryed a sample but dont really like the taste. It costs so much thats why I wondered if it was any better then other protein shakes

I got my fitbit only 3 days ago so im learning how everything works

Starting to understand this as I go but yesterday I walked 11770 steps and fitbit gave me 1646 calories burned I was pushing a shopping cart at several stores does that make more calories burned?

Thanks everyone this is an indoor excersise bike and the calories on MFP is for a indoor excersise bike. I went to a local gym and asked them and he said most burn about 100 calories but that might be low.
