I bought some low carb tortillas that say low carb with only 50 calories but it says on the front of the package 4 net carbs but on the back it’s more I think 16 I guess what I’m asking what is the difference between them and which do you count for a low carb diet

Net carbs are carb grams minus fiber grams.

You might join a low carb group here so you can do some research. There are various protocols, figure out which low carb diet is your preference, or if you have medical issues, figure out what your needs are.

Here's how you do the math and how they came up with your net carb number on the front of the pkg.
Go to the back and look at the label.
The formula is TOTAL carbs minus FIBER minus sugar alcohols. That equals the net carbs and is what you track.
