Ran out of PT visits they are trying to get more. Went today and rode a exercise bike and a sit down elipitcal bike for 20 minutes each and Im doing my home PT. Just need to give it more time and keep up my exercises. Thank you everyone was concerned because PT told me my knee was weaker then it should be.

Thanks everyone yes PT is physical therapy and I do go back to ortho in march they know of the weakness and the pain. My therapist said my knee was weak before surgery and maybe why Im having such a hard time. I want to get the other knee done but therapist said right knee was still to weak and I wouldn't be able to stand…

I had 24 visits for PT they are trying to get more but going through a Veteran hospital is difficult when they say the max is 24 I will continue my home PT and keep walking as much as knee will allow and see my doctor March 6. Is this normal for my knee to be weak

I would leave it as sedentary log it as light/moderate cleaning but you can change the amount of calories it says change to about half and see if or how much you are losing if to fast eat more to slow eat less of the extra calories

Where do you live In in NC and we have doctor's that don't care about your weight they say its hard to lose it before but afterward you can lose it. Maybe there are doctors like that where you live. Im going to get mine done as soon as we can get my achilles to stop hurting

When I started I was 280 something and am down to 248 I am 54yrs and 5'7 so I know how you feel and MFP has me at 1330 calories and am very sedentary because of bad knees but am losing just remember your diet is most important for weight loss and excersise is more for health

I dont like butter on toast but I started ordering grits in place of hashbrowns and I thought they had a lot of iron in them according to waffle house they have 100% but they dont. Thats why Im just trying to find out the truth on there nutritional value.

Yes but was eating them for iron. Waffle would give them like 100% and now I know its more like 16%

I was just eating toast or english muffin always no butter with my eggs could guess on calories pretty close grits dont do anything for me only eating them because it gives more food on plate
