Im 54 have lost around 30lbs so far but still have around 100lbs. I deal with 2 very bad knees that need to be replaced but cant until my right achilles stops hurting it was operated on in February due to a car accident so I could use the support. Add me if you would like to be my friend

If your doing everything right and not losing try cutting your daily calories by a hundred or two and see if that gets the ball rolling

I have 2 bad knees that need knee replacement and both feet have problems like one had achilles surgery but still hurts. 1500 is the lowest for a man how much does he need to lose? 1500 may be to low or 2 lbs a week may be to much depending on how much he has to lose if you give more info someone will give you advice

You will probably gain some water weight and may take a few days to lose it I had the same thing happen for about 3 days and scale went up 5 or 6 lbs and its taking days to get it off but its not fat weight

Add me to am still dealing with feet and knees I just take 1 day at a time and mostly work on my diet have lost around 30lbs a lot more to go.

You could be like me lost a lot of water weight then didnt lose much for a while I think your body puts the water weight back on just give it time you will start losing like I did and if not lower it by 100 calories wait a few weeks and see and if not take another 100 off and you will find what makes you lose like you want…

I had this problem last week and just couldn't find one that fit or liked so I bought a pack of 3 sport bras for $11 at walmart and they fit me good some of them dont fit good

She is a doctor but is new there and that was my first visit with her. I had a doctor that I really liked but she quit after 5 yrs I could talk to her so easy but since she left they cant keep a doctor there. I will ask her about the sugar and ask to see the dietitian. It may have been a 1 time rise and I have lost 20lbs…

I only look at the percentages on the pie chart and ignore the numbers. I have no medical reason to avoid carbs but do find my percentages align with MFPs suggested percentages most days and I don’t feel hungry.
