Mine is just stuck at the same weight since Christmas maybe i need a new one

Do you like going to a store like walmart if you do thats how I started and i was almost 300 lbs but I would push a cart just like i was shopping and would walk around the store until i had 10000 steps

I weigh everything and do not eat back excercise calories and theres nothing medically wrong. I do log everything but I know my diet has not been as healthy lately

Thats alot to lose in 3 weeks unless you are just starting and have a lot to lose then you could lose water weight but if not much over maybe 2 lbs a week and that might be hard. Just lose what you can and keep at it until you lose what weight you need to lose just have to be patient.

I wasn't stuck i went from 235 to 230 but in the results it still shows 235 not 230 and i posted my weight on Wednesday

Dont understand what happened I weighed in on Wednesday and lost 5lbs but in the results it shows no weight loss

I do better with 3 meals at 7am ,12pm, and 5pm and 2 or 3 snacks in between meals I keep up my energy that way
