I fear having to attack the bulge. Lol. My waist is 30.5, but my stomach is 36.5. I weigh 166 at 5'7. I think your size is great, but you will probably have to lose more weight and/or do some lifting.

The scale is showing I've lost 3 pounds. Indecent!!!!! I am at 167.2. I won't make it to 160 unless a miracle occurs. I'm not giving up yet and I'm not down about the likelihood that I won't have a 10 pound loss. It will happen soon enough! Best to Everyone!
