Hi. Yes they are but I'm trying to lose weight a bit quicker than I normally would. I'm doing allot of cardio and hypertrophy. My height is 5ft 11" and my weight is 201.6lb. I would like to be at about 15% fat which should take me to 182 lb so I'm being told.
