If you are counting your calories correctly and accurately and are at a deficit, eat whatever fruit you want. I think apples are around 100 calories so it just goes to show that even fruit can have higher calories.

I have to agree with the other posts...If you TRULY want to stop eating it, stop buying it. I know sometimes it's hard in the grocery store when you see something delicious (for me, chocolate covered coconut) but that's where will-power comes in. If you truly want something, you'll find a way to make it happen. good luck!…

I felt that way at first too, but if he cares for you at all, he will support and love you no matter what. Also, don't worry about him! Do this for you! Maybe one day, HE'LL be the worried one ;)

If you are wanting encouragement then: Don't do it! you've come this far! I regret foods that are less than healthy afterwards, because I eat really really healthy (veggies and fruits wise). Otherwise.....eat the burger, just don't go over your calories :)
