Sorry, i said weight but meant fat. I'm not concerned with the number on the scale at all, but strength and looks I am trying to work on. If you are able to eat so many calories, what does your macros look like gram wise?

I'm a mama to a 6 month old LO. I try to always track during the week and then if I remember on the weekends. I was 100 lbs pre preg and highest weight during pregnancy was 150. You need to increase your protein and healthy fats along with strength/weight training! If you want to be tight and lean, you will not get that with cardio.

Honestly, 11 weeks pp is nothing! I'm nearly 6 months pp (ebf) and the weight is still slowly coming off but I feel happy with where I'm at. Be easy on yourself, eat well, stay active and it will (slowly) come off!!
