I like planks(all kinds) Hanging leg raises and V-ups. Other than that, compound movements are great core workouts (squat, dead lifts, rows, presses) make sure you have someone who knows the moves help you with form in the beginning. Another thing to do is something called a stomach vacuum. This strengthens the inner…

I hate a day dedicated to core, so I do one core workout at the beginning or end of all my lifting days and focus on using my core to stabilize through all my lifts no matter how isolated they are. Just another way to get in your core work without hating an entire workout.

You and my hubs would get along well! Me I need those pockets of crispy fat in the ribeye!
-
I can see this as a good possibility too.

Try the probiotics for a month and see if they help. If not look into possible food specific issues. Do you maybe get to much fiber? Are you more or less boated the days you eat eggs or oatmeal.......and so on.

Couldn't think of anything informative or funny to post? Bet you're the life of the party....

Give it a solid try. If your gut bacteria is off it may cause issues with digestion and gas. Do a full 4 week round of probiotics to give your good bacteria time to grow and thrive. Of this dosnt work or at least make things less of an issue, I would look into the types of food you are eating and find out if you do have a…

Wasn't sarcasm. I was acknowledging that I saw it the last time is all.

The op isn't looking for weight loss, just a way to mitigate the bloat she is feeling after eating.
-
Love the copy paste
-
The op isn't worried about fat. Her stomach is fine before eating in the morning and bloats as she eats. This is a water, gas, food volume issue. The only reason I wouldn't suggest the detox/ex lax teas is if taken regularly they will cause the inability to use the bathroom without them.

Nothing helpful to say, but I'm curious how the calluses go over with clients, or if they change the way you massage to keep them from contacting your clients.
-
Do you take probiotics? They help with digestion.
-
How long have you not lost weight?
-
Yes, for a few hours, maybe a day. It is good for short term changes. (Like to fit in a wedding dress, or a photo shoot)

This, but you are also 19. My bust grew till I was 22.

This I would not trust my child's medical issues to be solved by a community of internet strangers.

If the treadmill is new you are holding extra fluid to help facilitate muscle repair. As your body becomes accustomed to the work this water will dissipate.

Fork put downs and plate push aways In all reality the biggest thing you can do to reduce fat, to include belly fat, is a cal deficit.
-
For reference I usually double the sodium limit by the end of the day.
-
If you have no issues with sodium going over shouldn't hurt you at all. I believe most of the sodium comes from the seasoning not the meat it's self. That being said, how much penetrated into the meat is anyone's guess.
-
That's hard to guess, why are you worried about the sodium?
-
Yes everything has a limit at which it becomes dangerous and even lethal, to include your healthy fats, but what this study seems to say is the fats are no worse than carbs. To me this says, being scared of consuming them over the recommended limit, assuming you are getting your recommended min of omega's, is unnecessary…
-
Only if we agreed that carbs were bad for you, and that is not something I would agree to
-
so all I need for it to be true is to believe?!?!? Maybe just a little pixie dust for good measure
-
Op has not been back....
-
All I can say is wow!!

While you may splitting hairs about which fats may or may not be more healthy. The fact is that increasing your fat intake even in the form of bacon and butter is no less healthy than increasing your carb intake to compensate for lower fat. It's kind of like getting kids to eat veggies. You introduce them to the starchy…
