I have a mild intolerance to the milk protein so that means if I want to not have the gas bloat I have to avoid all dairy. I do this for the summer but I love dairy so the rest of the year I just deal.

I love full fat versions of everything so they are worth the cals to me. For me peas are not worth the cals, I don't like their texture!

I fast one Sunday a month for religious reasons. The last thing I eat is sat night and I don't eat again till Monday. I allow myself all the liquid I want but keep all cream/sugar out of it. I have had no issues staying healthy with this one day of fasting a month.

None of your reasons for not drinking are because it "puts weight on you" .... If drinking causes performance issues for you than it is a great reason not to, but this was not your original argument. Shrug**

But you can measure a volume and then weigh it and use that weight as your measurement. Is there a reason this wouldn't work?

Keep your potassium magnesium and sodium levels high and drink lots ow water. Cutting carbs actually messes with these balances. Many people on low carb supplement to keep proper balance. Another thing you can try is a bone broth tea.
