How Do I Go On About Losing 3lbs Per Week?

I have four weeks to lose 12lbs before I go for the breast reduction. The surgeon advised me to lose a further 12lbs a few days ago. How do I go on about losing 3lbs per week? I eat healthy and I exercise.

Set the app to lose 2lbs per week and workout an additional 500 cals a day without eating it back.0

Unless you weigh over 300 pounds, that won't happen in a healthy way.0

It requires a little more will-power and a positive attitude and motivation, but if you eat nutritious food and get plenty of rest, it can be entirely healthy in my opinion.0

I averaged 3lbs a week for most of my weight loss from the 260-220 range. I ate correctly, lifted and did a little bit of cardio. If you're 20%+ bodyfat and then you can do it plenty healthily.0

Yes. And I think since it's short term with an end goal recommended by a doctor there is no harm in making it happen. Walking at a brisk pace for 60 minutes is one way to burn nearly 500 calories. Also have a look at your foods and cut your salt intake down a bit for the two weeks should help.0 -
You create a deficit of 10500 calories per week. Eat less, move more.0
