I was doing really well on the Keto for 6 weeks, no cravings and decreased hunger. Then out of no where I started craving onion rings, I ended up giving in and had them. It was like opening the flood gates, then I started craving pizza and beer and chocolate. So I had 1 cheat day with pizza and beer but felt so quilty…
