Hi,
My name is Elizabeth and I am 58 yrs. and was 217 lbs. Back in nov. 2014 and now thanks to my fittness pal I have lost 11 lbs. and learning how to lose the extra weight and keep it off. I never thought it could be this easy. I look forward to the day that I reach my goal weight of160. What a wonder day that will be, and with my fittness pal I know that I will be able to reach my goal. Thank you fittness pal.

Hi and welcome!! You are in the right place and you are right this is easy gone are the days of flipping through pages looking for calorie content of foods. This is my favorite post

Great job, Elizabeth! I had the same experience last year. MFP is an amazing tool and resource which helped me lose 62 lbs. I credit MFP greatly for my success so far and agree with queenliz above. It is easy with the tools here. I enjoyed keeping the journal and tracking everything was so simple. Good luck with your next 11.0
