I don't pay attention to my calories. Some days I eat all day and some days I eat barely anything. I just eat when I'm hungry. I think everyone is different and you have to figure out what works best for you.

I agree with JPW1990, you eventually get to a point where all that stuff is gross. I always tell everyone to give theirselves 2 weeks with out cheating at all. You can do anything for 2 weeks and it is a small easy goal to stick to. After the 2 weeks your cravings will be gone and you won't even want all the carbs/sugar

I stall for 2-3 weeks at a time all the time, then will drop 5-10 pounds in a week. Just keep going

I saw changes in the way my clothes fit in about a month. I still don't see much change looking in the mirror, but looking at old pictures I see a major change. Mentally, my brain hasn't really caught up I guess.
