I just redid my goal to lose 1 pound per week and it gave me 1320 calories. I have no problem following and staying within my range, just curious how everyone figures out their amount.

What kind of tracker do you use? Also, how did all of you figure up your calorie intake?

Thank you all so much!!! I'm going to try to incorporate more cardio to see if I have any luck beginning with cardio and losing and waiting a little bit to lift and tone

Yes ma’am. I track and weigh everything accordingly. But I have been lifting weights. I did this a few years ago and lost 40 pounds. But I was doing a few weights plus walking or bike
