I stuck with subs from subway for a whole year. I lost 20 pounds. I would walk during my half hour break. And since I'm home every weekend I get more exercise in that way.

I will eat a banana which helps my cravings of sweet foods.

I entered a 5K last June. I plan on entering more this year. A 5K is 3.3 miles.

I quit drinking Pop a few years ago. I lived for mountain dew. Now I am trying to switch solely to water. My doctor told me that by switching to just water will help drop 10 lbs a year.

I'd log it how you view what the meal is. It just matters that you log what you're eating.

Try "baked" chips. Like baked lays. Lots of flavors.
