Brisk walking/slow jogging 5-8 miles uphill every other day. Burning at least 9,000 calories in exercise per week. A couple cups of coffee before working out greatly improves my burn. Returned the Fitbit ChargeHR and bought a Polar FT7 for one main reason. I wanted to keep a close eye on my heart rate during the course of my high intensity 30 minute workout. This website is really cool. I came on here to see the calories of certain foods as I was tracking my diet in Microsoft Word manually. I was surprised to see that I could just add a name brand food and it would add up the nutritional values for me. Add me if you'd like to compare diaries, share motivation or ideas.
