I have a 'non tracking day' at the end of each month and a day each week where i reach my maintenance calories or just under. the majority of the time though I'm always under my calories and enjoy the food that I like but as smaller portions.

If I remember correctly Alcohol calories are the equivelant to fat calories, so is a pretty high dense calorie wise especially since they are empty calories too. If you are tracking Correctly & Accurately, then you should of lost atleast 1 pound during the month. I eat between 200-300 grams a day and I'm losing 2-3 pounds a week.

Nope, I don't feel like this anymore. Once you realise you can eat whatever you like but smaller portions, within your allocated calories and still lose fat...it's pretty freeing! :) Just make sure you track as accurately as possible and eat the foods you want and you'll be fine :)
