I just sent a bunch of friend requests. I need to be accountable as well! I'm 47 and have always gone to the gym but I can't really say my workouts are very intense. I've put on 15 pounds in the last 18 months and can't get rid of them!

I'm at the 1200 calorie per day as well, this is what I needed to lose 2 pounds a week. Did ok this first week. Lost 1.4 pounds. I'm having a hard time getting the right balance of carb to fat to protein.

Figured it out! Tx. I set it for 20% and increased my protein. We'll see how that works?
