Why so many carbs?

Hi everyone, I just signed up. Is there a way to tweak this? I don't believe I need 50% carbs? Even my doctor doesn't recommend that many. I'm 47, pre menopausal and just had half my thyroid removed. So far I think my thyroid is functioning fine though. Maybe when I complete a full day it won't see like so many carbs.

You can choose to manually set your goals, and adjust the % of carbs to your preference.0

I'm on the keto diet which is VERY low carb. Mine is set to 5% which works out to about 18 carbs per day. >_>

Figured it out! Tx. I set it for 20% and increased my protein. We'll see how that works?0

mine is set to 65% carbs. but, its all about the calories.0
