Veggies already taste good.

Ummm, you're in the Success Stories forum. It's nothing *but* success stories. Grab a thread a start reading.

Had to do a Google search on this, the "Sanitarium Up&Go". It doesn't exist in the US. It appears to be a typical protein/fiber breakfast replacement drink with some vitamins, etc. mixed in. 195 calories per serving. If it works for you and the calories fit within your limit, go for it.

20 pounds in 1 month sounds dangerously unhealthy. Are you sure about that? The most I lost in 1 month was 9 pounds.
-
The calorie limit should change, I think for every 10 pounds you lose. But what you're experiencing sounds like a bug.

If you're using the iPhone app use the bar code scanner. Scan it and enter the number of servings you ate. Voila.

Ummm...when you say "doing" Jenny Craig...

As soon as you stop logging you start forgetting. Ultimately, it's up to you.

In mid-May I had a whooosh of 5 pounds over 5 days. Couldn't believe it. Bought a second scale to confirm it. I had been doing a hell of a lot of bicycling and apparently my body decided it couldn't hang on to that weight anymore. Of course, there's the other side of the coin....just after the whoosh I hit a plateau for…

Weigh and record *everything* you eat and stop when you get to your calorie limit for the day. Pretty simple really.
-
I *never* go over my calorie allowance but I often end up 100-200 calories under it.

Front butt...also known as a Gunt.

+1 on Kwik Trip. At my family's cabin, it's the *only* decent store in the area. Nearest grocery store is 12 more miles.
-
I was able to find a few Quest bars in an airport c-store. Yeah, there were $4 each.

The only substitute for chocolate is *more* chocolate.

Eat that many calories to lose weight at the rate you selected. Pretty simple really.

I sent money to the prince in Nigeria.

New at what? Help with what?

There is no consensus on this. Many members of these forums eat back half their exercise calories. I tend to ignore my exercise calories but sometimes eat back a small amount.

I had mine reset because of *one* day where I was in a remote cabin in Iowa with no internet, cell coverage, or electricity. I want the number to match the number of days I've been on MFP. I don't really care about a streak.

Try Kashi bars. I buy 2 flavors, peanut butter and chocolate almond. 140 calories each and 7 grams of protein.

The FDA is 100% political. The real reason it's banning trans fats is because someone wrote a check.

Somewhere there's a button that says "Calculate Yours".

No need to stay away from Subway. You can go to their web site and enter all the ingredients/toppings for your sandwich and it will calculate the calories, protein, carbs, fat, etc. My standard sandwich is a 6 inch turkey, no cheese, with spinach, cucumber, pickles, olives, and plain yellow mustard. 280 calories.

It's also why losing the first 10 pounds can be a lot easier than the last 10.

Make room in your day for some chocolate calories. Then it's not a bad day but a great one.

There's a separate forum for Motivation: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/motivation-and-support

It IS a big deal. When I lost my first 5, I remember thinking "this is actually working!"
-
Snacking without thinking. I stopped this by asking myself "am I really hungry or am I just eating for the sake of eating?"

Scrambled eggs w/ bacon. Mmmm... Love Waffle House. Too bad I live in Minnesota. Nearest one is about 600 miles.
