Dropped below 200 pounds today!
My first day was January 6 at 221 pounds. Today the scale read 199. So that's 10% of my weight, 22 pounds, in 80 days. How to count calories in frozen chicken wings?
I took out 4 frozen chicken wings (plain, unbreaded, uncooked wing pieces) with a total weight of 8.2 ounces in their frozen, uncooked state. Looking for some spices to spice things up
I now eat a lot of "plain" foods, i.e. plain chicken or turkey, plain vegetables, etc. which can get boring after a while. I'm looking for some low calorie spices to give these foods a little boost. Can anyone recommend some?

I'm not losing weight from my upper body
(53 year old man) I've lost 14 pounds so far and I'm able to wear smaller size pants. But my belly, chest, arms, face and neck seem to be just as flabby as ever. Is there any way to "steer" where my body loses weight? I don't do a ton of exercise. Mostly walking (but a LOT of walking) and some bicycling.

Does your stomach really shrink?
I'm curious to ask people who have lost a significant amount of weight (like 50 pounds or more)...does the capacity of your stomach decrease as you lose weight? I've heard people say "your stomach shrinks" but was never sure if that was a myth.

Anyone else hit a really long plateau?
I lost weight at a nice, steady rate for about 4 weeks then WHAM, I hit a wall and haven't lost an ounce in a week. And I've been under my calorie budget every day without fail. Frustrating as hell.
