How to count calories in frozen chicken wings?

I took out 4 frozen chicken wings (plain, unbreaded, uncooked wing pieces) with a total weight of 8.2 ounces in their frozen, uncooked state.
After cooking, they weighed only 3.5 ounces and the leftover bones were a total of 1 ounce.
So I had only 2.5 ounces of chicken? Where did all the weight go? Water and grease?
And how do I count the calories? The package says 200 calories in 4 ounces. Is that before or after cooking? With or without the bones?

Yes, raw: 200 calories is right -- with skin and with bone.
The USDA has a great web site for double checking calories in the data base.

Also. Weigh them after thawing.0
