I'm in. Lately I have met the munchies with cups of water... It takes a lot of water to equal popcorn.

I was eating a WAY TOO BIG Hershey bar because I had a crap day. Father-in-law wagged his finger at me and shook his head. He is a nice man but I felt like being violent momentarily.

I also do body pump. Not so much attack due to timing. I have had a lot of change to cope with the past few months, and 10lbs later feel gross inside and out. Would love to have a new fitness friend for encouragment.
