  • No, I live in a rented house. We have some weird carpet Lino stuff like you get in schools, but softer. Trust me I wouldn't chose this if I owned my house! Didn't think of this! B&Q this weekend!
  • I live in a shared house and the only hard floor is in the kitchen, and as I always weigh myself naked I didn't think my house mates would appreciate it! But I'll wear light weight pjs or something and see what happens! And always in the same area of the carpet, my scales don't move :)

  • Thank you, I will have a look at them. I do circuits at the gym so I'm hoping that will help me with some of the moves!
  • I was looking at starting this as I go on holiday in 37 days time! Need that extra push to lose a few more pounds (until I put it back on again on holiday!) Which do you prefer ripped or 30s?
  • The most I ran for my first tough mudder was 5. The one I did yesterday I could run 7. Upper body strength us a must, but tbh there are so many people around if you struggle they are there to help! I would suggest getting used to running hills, yesterday was torture as it was so hilly. I'm feeling it in my legs today!
  • Thank you! It was extremely muddy due to a thunder storm half way round (wouldn't be England without rain) so that would have burned more calories I'm guessing. I don't feel quite so bad eating my Chinese after now!
