I weigh myself on carpet. What's everyone's opinions on this? I know your supposed to weigh yourself on a hard flat surface but if my weight is going down does it matter if I'm a few pounds heavy when weighing on a hard surface? So long as the weight is going in the right direction then that's good right? I lost 3 pounds…
I completed tough mudder yesterday, does anyone know how I would go about inputting that into my exercise diary? I normally wear a fit bit but couldn't really do that with the water, mud and various other awful moments!
