I have the same issue with the fat. Try adding avocado to just about anything and walnuts for the good fat. Regarding the protein I would say greek yogurt is your best bet. Cardinal Fitness is $10/month and a $39 annual fee. Basic gym with all the equipment you need and less than 10 minutes from the house. The commute should be a factor to consider because the farther it the less likely you are to go in my opinion.
