I've been drinking way more coffee lately. After dinner if I'm having a sugar craving a cup of coffee with HWC and SF flavoring usually does the trick.

Last night I had a craving for something sweet. Usually coffee with HWC and sugar free Torani coffee syrup will do the trick but I needed a little more last night so I had an Atkins treat bar. Just the right size and cured the craving.

I had a a 3-4 week stall and was soooo discouraged but I stuck with it and didn't really change much as far as eating and exercising. The scale eventually started to move again. It WILL for you too. Keep the faith, it just takes time.

Hang in there. I also stalled for about three weeks and it's discouraging but just stick with it. The scale WILL move again!!! I actually didn't change anything I was doing to get it to move again but I got alot of good advice from others.

I was pretty regular, one fairly solid BM per day unless I had an overload of fat. Then I would have some really loose stool. Still have my gall bladder, no med changes. I would think that the amount of fat I'm eating would make me have to go more than once a week.

Thank you. I'm getting all kinds of good advice here. I'm only tracking whole carbs. Is there a way that MFP converts whole carbs to net carbs? Also, I gotta have cream in my coffee so I go back and forth between sugar free creamer because it has fewer calories and heavy cream with Splenda. What is your opinion on this? I…

I did that and changed some numbers. Hope I did it correctly. Basically, I just put in close to the percentages on the calculator. Let me know if it looks better.

Well, for Pete's sake!!! I'll see if I can get the diary up. I have been to flexibleketogenic and log in my numbers a few times. According to their calculations I'm doing fine.
