I snacked on nuts the other day and, apparently way overdid it!! The scale was not kind. I'm swearing off nuts for awhile. Ruled me had a recipe for Mocha Cheesecake Bars that sound divine but, I know I would probably eat all of them if I made them so staying clear for now.

This morning is my first time trying coffee without HWC and only 1 Splenda packet. I used to use 2 packets and 1-2 T. HWC. I still like the sweet. Maybe after drinking it this way for awhile I'll see what it's like without the Splenda.

I had about the same experience-Lily's chocolate chips, heavy cream, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Heated in the microwave until melted, stirred, and yes, it had almost a "curdled" texture. Edible, but not great.

I think my main resolution, besides staying on track healthwise, is to clean up my potty mouth!!!

We have an indoor arena where we can ride here. The people that own it just opened it to the public. Can't wait to use it!!!

Well, it's been a long year!!! I was 144 when I got married in June. Totally went carb-ballistic!!! I'm back up 2-3 sizes. YIKES!!!! I retired from my job mid November. My husband saw the doctor yesterday and was told (again) he needs to lose weight. He takes blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, and meds for gout. He is…

I was really spoiled. 2 horses, saddle, headstall, bit, 2 pair of spurs, breast collar, spur straps, bracelet, riding gloves, a wall calendar. Just wish it would get a little warmer so I can ride!!

I myself have fallen off hard! In March of 2016 I was pretty comfortable at133. Then the gall bladder issue-I was at 144 in June of this year and now I am at 158. Ugghhh!!!!! I have 5 Chi's, an Aussie, a mini Aussie, 3 cats, 3 goats, a sheep, 2 mini pigs and a whole bunch of horses. Dogs nutritional needs are so much different than ours so no low carb.
