    Mostly, the meal replacement. As you all know, sometimes it's difficult to get all your nutrients because we're simply not hungry following this woe.

    Well then based on that ^^ and your other post of going off track and finding 2 or 3 additional clothing sizes, I would say "Go for it". Whatever helps you comply with your chosen WoE and helps you feel positive about it.

    I've been maintaining for nearly 4 years but have yet to find "the magic". I don't really struggle but have to pay attention and seem to like/need to switch things up every now and then. Not long ago I had no problem getting what I felt was sufficient protein. Today, I'm supplementing with protein powder just to get the equal amount and I don't really eat "high" protein. It's just that...all that meat and fish and cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, and eggs. Tomorrow I'll be ok with it. Saturday I might not be. LOL.
