I have 3 recipes for 90 second keto bread. 2 call for coconut flour, 1calls for almond flour. I've only tried the coconut flour recipe. What is your favorite 90 second bread recipe? I found that it's a good vessel for a burger.

Gall bladder surgery
I had my gall bladder removed last Tuesday and I'm struggling. I'm eating WAY too many carbs. I don't know what's going on. I've fallen and I can't get up!!!! I know it's been discussed a million times and, I did do a search but didn't feel like reading every single post about it. Which is best for my coffee or does it matter. Fat clothes
I seem to have an over abundance of clothes that are now too big. Do you save yours or donate? I spend alot of money on them so I am a bit hesitant on getting rid of them. On the other hand, I never intend to get big enough to wear them again.

Sugar Free Pudding
I bought some sugar free instant pudding for the first couple days after surgery. The box says to mix it with non-fat milk. The carb count is 6g per serving. What if I mix it with HWC? Would that lower the carb count? What do you think about it in general? Thank you. Love you guys!!!!
