I'm having surgery in a month and I need to eat soft foods for the first few days. Any suggestions besides eggs and cauliflower mash?

Bone broth, and soups made from bone broth, chia pudding, smoothies made with high fat yogourt or coconut milk.

Unsweetened coconut flakes feel soft to me but may not be. A cup is about 200 calories with about 8 grams of carbs and 8 grams of fiber.

Jello fat bombs! LOL They have sour cream and heavy cream, so have some nutritional value. LOL

That being said, maybe pate? Pretty much any meat can be cooked down to "falling" apart stage...depending on the why for the soft.... Meat purees may become a new thing. ;)

I would say egg salad, not just eggs... Alfredo sauce on top of anything.... Nut butters in small quantities - maybe blended with cream cheese?
